1. Do I have to purchase a complete year (12) of cards?
   Yes, when you select an Edition. Carefully thought out, our system provides your entire year of marketing and is based on the concept of consistency, the key ingredient!
   

2. How long does it take to get my cards in the mail?
   Typically, our "turn around" time is 48 hours. For personalized orders it takes about 72 hours after your approved layout.
   

3. How am I billed?
   Your credit card is processed at the time of each order unless we are doing your monthly mailings in which case you are billed monthly based on the number of cards mailed.
   

4. Will I see a proof?
   Yes, of course. We provide up to three proofs at no additional cost.
   

5. Why do you only offer jumbo cards?
   Our research indicates that this size is more often read and does not get "lost" among other mail, maximizing your dollar spent. The size of the postcards does matter for high-visibility.
   

6. Can I use my own messages?
   Yes, of course. Our messages are provided for your convenience, but you may customize your postcards as often as you like. We have in-house graphic designers who will be happy to work with you to fill your needs.
   

7. What if I do not have a mailing list?
   Everyone has a sphere of influence of about 200 people. That's your mailing list. Begin there and watch it grow, add names frequently... everyone you meet..
   

8. What formats are acceptable for my database?
   ASCII text, comma delimited, dbase, and Excel are preferable; however, we accept most other formats. And we will input your database for you for as little as $.20 per name.
   

9. How do I send my photo?
   We accept photos electronically via email. For the best quality we prefer original photos, in black and white, at least 2" X 3".
   

10. Can I make changes to my database each month?
    Yes, with your personal user name & password, our "members only" site allows you to add and delete at will. Or, for a fee, we will maintian your database monthly.
    

11. How do I know when to mail my cards myself?
    Cards should be mailed every month. An owners manual is provided as a guide for when to mail. Our mailing services are available and we suggest you add your name to your list.
